Hi Neighbors, We would like to give a big shout-out for Ryan Kohn Construction. He recently built us a beautiful 1,100 sq foot deck and gazebo. It was not an easy job to do because the landscape around here is hilly and rocky, but Ryan made the changes necessary to better suit the surroundings. Ryan is very easy to communicate with and always explained to us what was going to occur on a daily basis. True story folks. I met Ryan’s wife on a plane and got talking about typical
Plane talk. We got around finally to what here husband did. He was a contractor.
I told her my recent frustration was trying to get a deck built at my lake house for the
last sixth months. Nobody would show up or get back with a bid.
Next day he is on it. We meet got a bid and got started. He had lots of great ideas
