We were referred to Ryan through a friend, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. He rebuilt our deck after is was damaged in a windstorm. We had originally planned to do the work ourselfves, but after my husband tore a quad muscle on vacation and is now laid up for months, we needed professional help- and we're so glad we found him.
After completing the deck, he also took on a planned flooring project for us and did a steller job on both. His workmanship was excellent, communication was always prompt, and he sent pictures daily to keep us informed. We live 170 miles away from the project, and he kept us updated every step of the way, which gave us great peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again.

Dave and I would like to recommend Ryan Kohn for any deck replacing or repair needs. We hired Ryan to replace our 30 plus year old redwood deck. We found Ryan to be very easy to work with right from the start with bidding our project. Once Ryan is hired he wastes no time to get right to ork in the planning, scheduling and ordering of your project materials and on our project he finished ahead of schedule. True story folks. I met Ryan’s wife on a plane and got talking about typical
Plane talk. We got around finally to what here husband did. He was a contractor. I told her my recent frustration was trying to get a deck built at my lake house for the last sixth months. Nobody would show up or get back with a bid.

Hi Neighbors, we would like to give a big shout-out for Ryan Kohn Construction. He recently built us a beautiful 1,100 sq foot deck and gazebo. Having gone through that process last summer I think I can help. We got 6 estimates for our deck. They varied considerably. It was a big project. Replacing a wooden deck @ about 1200 sq. ft with composite decking. Through recommendations from other folks here in the Painted Hills, we settled on Ryan Kohn Construction.
